Cancellation Policy

:: ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION POLICY :: This training is for enrolled participants only. No guests, children, or additional individuals are permitted unless fully registered and paid. No animals are permitted in the training environment, including pets or emotional support animals, unless required by law as a service animal. Participants must attend all scheduled training hours. Early dismissal, late arrival, or partial attendance will not count toward course completion or credit. Certificates are issued only upon full completion. :: MATERIALS & PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT POLICY :: All required training materials and the official training guide will be provided. Participants are responsible for bringing writing supplies. Lunch and snacks may be brought. Training is conducted in a professional learning environment; attendees are expected to dress comfortably and professionally and participate respectfully. :: CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY :: All registrations are non-refundable. Participants may request a one-time transfer to a future session if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the start of training. Transfer requests made within 7 days of the training start date will not be approved. No transfers, credits, or make-ups will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance. :: COMMUNICATION POLICY :: To ensure clear and organized communication, all training-related questions and requests must be submitted via email. Text messages and phone calls may not receive a response. Email responses are typically provided within 24–48 business hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Services by Keneshia reserves the right to reschedule or consolidate sessions if minimum enrollment is not met
