As we enter this season of gratitude, my heart is full.

Today, I pause to give thanks — not just for the holiday, but for every person who has walked with me, prayed for me, encouraged me, and supported me through every chapter of this journey.

To my family, friends, mentors, clients, students, and every supporter connected to Helping Heart Assisted Living, Services by Keneshia, and SBK Academy — thank you.

Your belief in me carried me in moments when I didn’t know if I could keep going. Your prayers strengthened me. Your encouragement lifted me. Your support reminded me that purpose still lives here.

💛 A Special Thank You to My Kids

To my greatest blessings, Jovanna and William M., thank you for loving me, calling me higher, and standing beside me through every transition.

You are my “why,” my joy, and my reminder that I can rise again, no matter how heavy the season.

A Bittersweet Milestone

This Thanksgiving is also bittersweet.

My son, William M, turned 18 years old — stepping into adulthood right before my eyes.

He’s in his last year of high school, preparing for his future, and making me proud in ways I can’t put into words.

This year, he also played his final varsity Friday Night Lights game. Watching him walk off that field for the last time was emotional — a moment that reminded me how fast time moves and how blessed I am to witness his journey.

🌱 Honoring What’s Next

I am also grateful for the vision unfolding for Pathways to Possibilities (P2P) — a new beginning rooted in hope, community, impact, and fresh opportunities.

🌿 Celebrating Another Year of Grace

We made it — another Thanksgiving, another year of lessons, growth, healing, and God’s covering.

No matter what this year looked like, we are still here.

Still growing.

Still becoming.

Still covered by grace.

I’m sending love to everyone reading this today.

May your Thanksgiving be filled with peace, warmth, clarity, and the comfort of knowing you are not alone on your journey.

From my heart to yours,

Keneshia
